Vernon L. Rutlin Sr.

February 28, 1938 - January 15, 2021

Vernon L. Rutlin, Sr., 82 of Rockford passed away Friday, January 15, 2021 at River Bluff Nursing Home. Born February 28, 1938, in La Grange, Wisconsin, the son of George and Carmen (Small) Rutlin. Vernon enjoyed fishing, playing pool and playing cards, especially Rummy. He had a love for Elvis. Vernon was always willing and able to help others with whatever they needed. He is survived by his son, Vernon (Amber) Rutlin; grandchildren, Zachery and Madison Rutlin; sister, Patricia Turnmeyer and niece, Peggy. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Jim Turnmeyer. No services will be held at this time.
