Donna Mae Hahn

Beloit – Donna Mae Hahn, age 83, passed away on March 14, 2025, at Beloit Memorial Hospital surrounded by loving children. She was born July 6, 1941, in Beloit, WI, to Floyd Genung and Viola (Lucian) Fisk. Donna married the love of her life on March 19, 1960, at Victory Baptist church in Beloit, WI. In 1968 they bought their forever home in rural Beloit, WI. Donna worked at Fair Banks Morse for 31 years until her retirement in 1997. She later worked at Orfordville Elementary School as a lunch lady and cook for 15 years retiring in 2015. Donna was a member of Free Methodist Church in Beloit, WI, also a member of United Steel Workers Union. Donna enjoyed reading, cooking, casino trips with Ronnie, her church, spending time with friends and family at gatherings, talking with anyone, shopping and TV time with her beloved Millie. Donna’s proudest achievement is becoming a parent to her four gems and watching them grow and start their own families, which have made her a grandma, great grandma, and great-great grandma. Donna always spoke highly of the many friends she has made throughout her life, coworkers, her good neighbors that were always there for her. Additionally, the kids at Orfordville Elementary School who always put a smile on her face, also, not to have forgotten her special friends Jody Wendtland and Grace Konter. Donna is survived by sons; Terry (Linda) Hahn and Ed Hahn, daughters; Rhonda Sue (Dennis) Ribarich, Darla (Jay) Hahn, grandchildren; Kellie Hahn, Karry (Bruce) Thompson, Bry Hinkle, Sarah Hahn, Melissa (Jason) May, Shane’a Ribarich, Jamie Ribarich, Kevin Evans, Niki (Derrick) Cox, Ashley (Kyle) Courtney, 17 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, sisters; Edye (Jerry) Walters, Caroll (Dan) Kutz, Sue Gore, Rosie Collett, Judy Ann Zhe, brothers; Ed (Elaine) Fisk, Tim Fisk, Butch (Wendy) Genung, Scott Genung, Sister-in-laws; Debbie Fisk and Edna Tuttle, Brother-in- Law; Gary Hahn, many nieces, nephews, cousins, special cousins the Fredricks, her best pals Jody Wendtland, Grace Konter, and her beloved fur baby Millie. Donna is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, her parents, sisters; Sarah Bryson, Gloria Carr, Mary Ann Clark, brothers; George Fisk, John Fisk, Joe Fisk, Mike Fisk, sister-in-law: Darleen Wilson and brother-in-law; Harold Hahn. Along with many fur babies. A celebration of life will be held Rosman Funeral Home, 1125 E. Cranston Rd. Beloit on Thursday March 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM. A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10:00 am until the time of service on Thursday. Donna’s family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff of the ICU unit at Beloit Memorial Hospital with a special thanks to David.
