Randy Royce Robbins

Janesville – Randy Royce Robbins, age 56 was born on February 20, 1963 and died on April 3, 2019. Randy married Jo Anne (Mitchell) Robbins on January 15, 1984 in Beloit WI. Randy and Jo lived in Janesville WI. Randy loved driving semi’s, fishing with Jo and his friend Steve. Randy’s favorite trucking company he worked for was Werner Enterprises, Swift, JB Hunt and GG Barnett. Randy graduated from diesel driving school in Sun Prairie in 1986. He received his HSED in November of 1987. Randy drove truck until he was forced to retire in 2008. Randy battled liver disease for 2 ½ years until it took his life. Randy leaves behind his love of his life Jo, four children: Crystal (Vincent) Martin, Beverly Robbins (Marqual Kemple), Wesley (Ashly) Sellhausen and Andy Robbins; a sister-in-law, Goldie Mitchell; step father, John Pike; one aunt, Juanita Robbins; three siblings, Roger Robbins, Ed (Michelle) Robbins and Renata Davis (Don Webb); nieces, Rachel Davis, Alyssa Davis, Emily Davis, Veronica (William) Sanderson; three nephews, Joshua Davis, Eric (Trisha) Robbins and Arron (Tiffany) Robbins. Randy also leaves behind four grandchildren, Natalia Brown, Dante’ Martin, Leo Sellhausen and Alecia Sellhausen; special cousins, Sue Ostenson, Damon Ostenson, KC Ostenson, Tabitha (Jessie) Hartin; special friends, David (Sherry) Yakes, Alta Burns, Carl Lennhard, David Jenson, Mary Knollers and Lori. He also leaves behind his dog, Lilly; cat, Sophera; many other family and friends and some special teachers, Hope Seegar and Jan Klinzing. Randy was preceded in death by his son, John Robbins; a brother Ronald Robbins; brothers in infancy Donald Robbins and Rex Robbins; his parents, Russell and Elaine Robbins; a sister in infancy, Rita Robbins; a father in law, Waldo (Marlyn) Mitchell; Ugean (Dorthy) Robbins and many cousins, friends and other relatives. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Heartland Hospice and Mercy Hospital for helping in Randy’s care and needs. Memorial services will be held at the Sun Valley Presbyterian Church, 1650 Sun Valley Drive in Beloit on Friday, April 12, 2019 from 3:00 to 4:30 PM. A visitation will also take place at the church from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A luncheon will follow the services. Burial of cremated remains will take place at a later date.
